Purposes
Data from the form is used solely to respond to your request. It is neither sold nor used for advertising purposes. Audience measurement data is used to understand which content is useful.
Retention period
Contact requests are kept for 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted. Technical server logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
Your rights
In accordance with Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, and with the GDPR for visitors from the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, write to direction@owlytek.com. You may also contact the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).
Form protection
The website's forms are protected against automated submissions by Google reCAPTCHA (version 3), which is loaded when you start filling in a form. This service analyses technical information (IP address, browser, interactions with the page) to estimate whether a submission comes from a person. This information is processed by Google in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The content of your message is not sent to Google.
Cookies
The website does not use any advertising cookies. If an audience measurement tool that uses cookies is in place, it is only activated after you give your consent, which you can change at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
